Annual, self-seeding. Zones 2-11. German chamomile flowers make a wonderful soothing tea. Also good for emotional upset tummies. Used topically the flowers are emollient and anti-inflammatory. Chamomile is also a great companion plant, when planted next to other aromatic herbs, such as basil, lavender, mint etc, it can help enhance the health, growth, and flavour of these plants.
